Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
2. Employee Records & HR Operations
Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and HRMS.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Prepare HR letters (confirmation, transfer, experience, etc.).
3. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
Support audits and statutory filings.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries and grievances at the first level.
Support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
5. Training & Development
Coordinate training programs and maintain records.
Track employee performance appraisal process.
6. General HR Support
Support HR projects, surveys, and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with HRMS software and HR best practices.
Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
