Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee grievances.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist (Freshers with internship experience may also apply if applicable).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
