Job Description

Recruitment and Staffing



Posting job openings on various platforms. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates. Coordinating interviews and following up with hiring managers. Issuing offer letters and onboarding new hires.

Onboarding and Orientation



Organizing induction programs for new employees. Preparing documentation (contracts, policies). Ensuring smooth transition into the company culture.

Employee Records and HR Documentation



Maintaining up-to-date employee records (digital and physical). Handling employee databases, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
4.

Payroll and Benefits Administration



Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining attendance records. Coordinating employee benefits like insurance, leave, etc.
5.

Performance Management



Supporting performance review cycles. Collecting feedback and assisting with appraisal documentation.
6.

Employee Relations



Handling employee queries and grievances. Ensuring a positive and compliant work environment. Supporting conflict resolution efforts.
7.

Compliance and Legal



Ensuring company policies align with labor laws. Assisting in audits and HR-related compliance tasks.
8.

Training and Development



Coordinating training sessions and workshops. Assisting in employee development initiatives.
9.

HR Policy Implementation



Communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Regularly updating policy manuals.
