Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment:

End-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

End-to-End HR Process:

Manage HR operations from recruitment to exit formalities.

Documentation Work:

Prepare and maintain employee contracts, offer letters, and compliance documents.

Payroll Management:

Process payroll, including deductions, allowances, and bonuses.

Employee Engagement:

Organize engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives.

Leave Management:

Oversee employee leave requests and maintain leave records.

Compliance Management:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
