Job Description

Talent Management:

Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and screening to interviews and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

Managing employee grievances, conducting conflict resolution, and maintaining healthy employee relations to foster a positive workplace.

Compensation & Benefits:

Designing and managing employee benefit packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and competitive salary structures.

Performance & Development:

Administering annual employee review procedures, developing employee training programs, and creating development plans.

HR Policy & Compliance:

Developing and updating HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Organizational Development:

Contributing to HR strategy, workforce planning, and implementing programs to improve employee performance.

HR Operations:

Supervising daily HR operations, managing HR records, overseeing payroll, and handling exit formalities like exit interviews.

Culture & Engagement:

Planning and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Greayt HR

- He / She must be aware about Greyt HR software functions on Employee Onboarding and Payroll etc.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bhubaneshwar, Orissa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
