Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer & onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and vendors
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and recruitment trackers
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities
Address employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
Sound knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command over MS Excel, HRMS, and job portals
Ability to manage multiple positions and HR tasks simultaneously
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
