Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Administer payroll inputs, leave & attendance management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Drive employee engagement and retention activities.
Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
Act as a bridge between management and staff for smooth communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
: 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B/QSR/hospitality industry.
Education
: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
Strong recruitment and networking skills.
Knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
