Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Kitchen, Sales, etc.).
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, local networks, and references.
Schedule interviews and assist in selection, offer issuance, and joining formalities.
Conduct orientation and induction sessions for new employees.
2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Maintain and monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate with the accounts team for timely salary processing.
Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Maintain all employee records and HR documentation accurately.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Build a positive and motivating work environment through employee welfare initiatives.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally.
Organize staff meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities to promote morale and retention.
Support in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee recognition programs.
4. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and assist in arranging in-house or external training sessions.
Maintain training records and track employee performance improvements.
Coordinate with department heads for refresher and compliance training programs.
5. HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain HRMIS and employee database regularly.
Prepare periodic reports on attrition, recruitment, and manpower status.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts, ID cards, and related HR documentation.
Support management with HR analytics and policy implementation.
