The HR Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll support, and staff coordination while ensuring company policies are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, interviews, and joining formalities
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
Support payroll processing and salary coordination
Handle employee queries and resolve basic HR issues
Coordinate staff training and onboarding programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Assist in performance appraisals and HR reports
Maintain discipline and workplace professionalism
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software
Organized, professional, and approachable
Qualifications:
Graduate in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience as HR Executive or similar role
Work Environment:
Hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, hospitals
Office-based role with regular working hours
