Develop and review survey questions on Keka focused on engagement and satisfaction. Distribute surveys, monitor response rates, and send reminders to ensure high participation.
Analyze survey data, prepare insights reports, and present findings to leadership.
Collect updates and achievements from departments for Quartely newsletter.
Draft, review, and finalize the newsletter for quarterly distribution via email and other channels.
Coordinate with leadership for HR Connect schedules, promote sessions, and ensure employee participation.
Facilitate open forums for feedback, document discussions, and compile actionable insights.
Develop a monthly content calendar covering organizational updates, cultural aspects, and HR policies. Draft communications, collaborate for input, and oversee timely distribution on Keka and other platforms.
Beyond Work Initiatives
Plan monthly events with themes that encourage team-building and offer a break from routine. Handle event logistics, promotions, and setup.
Document events, capture photos, and collect feedback to improve future experiences.
Recognition Programs
Define reward criteria and processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual recognition events. Facilitate the nomination and selection process, coordinate logistics, and organize the event.
Send post-event thank-you notes and distribute surveys to assess attendee satisfaction.#
