Manage day-to-day HR operations such as attendance, leave management, and shift records
Maintain and update employee master data, personnel files, and HR documentation
Handle employee life cycle processes (joining, confirmation, transfer, exit)
Ensure accurate HRMS data entry and record maintenance
Prepare and submit HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, manpower, leave, etc.)
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Support issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
3. Payroll & Compensation Support
Collect and validate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions)
Coordinate with payroll team/vendor for timely salary processing
Address payroll-related employee queries
4. Statutory Compliance
Assist in compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishment Act
Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
Coordinate audits and inspections related to labor compliance
5. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
6. Performance Management
Assist in PMS activities including goal setting, review coordination, and documentation
Maintain performance records and appraisal data
7. Training & Development
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and skill development initiatives
Maintain training records and feedback reports
8. Exit Management
Coordinate employee exit process including resignation acceptance, clearance, and F&F settlement
Conduct exit interviews and maintain records

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
