Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Maintain employee records and HR databases. Assist in payroll processing and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Conduct induction programs and assist in training & development initiatives. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements. Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict management ability. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
