Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee databases in Excel and HRMS.
Prepare and analyze
using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
Support recruitment activities -- sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and record management.
Maintain leave, attendance, and time-tracking data.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
Support appraisal and performance management data compilation.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Collaborate with finance, admin, and other departments for HR operations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel (Advanced Level)
-- Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Charts, Data Validation.
Good understanding of HR functions and compliance.
Excellent data management and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR / Business Administration / Commerce.
2-5 years
of experience in HR operations or HR analytics.
Experience with
Excel-based HR reporting
and HR software preferred.
