Employee Records:
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
HR Policies:
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Supporting the resolution of employee relations issues and promoting a positive work environment.
Onboarding:
Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
HR Administration:
Handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, processing paperwork, and managing employee queries.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
At least six months experience.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is often preferred.
