Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate orientation for new hires and manage exit procedures for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews.
Policy and Compliance:
Develop, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes, assist in setting goals, and support employee development plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer payroll, benefits programs, and leave management.
Training and Development:
Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed employee records and HR documentation.
HR Strategy:
Work with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute activities to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
