Job Description

A Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the HR function within an organization, including recruitment, policy development, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Resolve employee conflicts and conduct workplace investigations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Evaluate employee performance and lead performance appraisal systems.
Champion employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
Maintain employee records and uphold workplace privacy.
Advise management and employees on HR-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the HR domain.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in handling conflict resolution, employee relations, and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,061.91 per month
