Job Summary

The Junior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR related Employee Engagement work for clients of the organisation. This role involves a combination of creative work, new ideas of engagement, administrative tasks, project coordination, and L&D support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Project Management:

Assist in the development of project proposals for Engagement initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Manage project documentation and reporting.

L&D Support:

Develop and deliver engaging L&D content. Coordinate with external trainers and vendors. Manage training logistics and participant registration. Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.

HR Administration:

Provide administrative support for HR functions, design & development of projects Maintain employee records and HRIS data. Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing. Coordinate with external agencies for statutory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Canva & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Desired Skills

Creative thinking. Experience in project management. Content development skills. Knowledge of training methodologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
