Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
Employee induction and onboarding process
Maintaining attendance, leave, and shift records
Verifying attendance for payroll processing
Coordinating with accounts/payroll team for salary preparation
Managing office supplies and stationery
Vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.)
Asset management and records maintenance
Office cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure support
Handling utility bills (electricity, water, internet, phone)
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Vehicle, travel, and accommodation arrangements (if applicable)
