Job Summary
The Administration-cum-HR professional is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and overseeing human resource functions of the organization. The role ensures smooth hospital administration, statutory compliance, staff management, and implementation of HR policies to support efficient healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR)
Recruitment, onboarding, and induction of medical, nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Prepare appointment letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and disciplinary notices
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and hospital rules
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
Coordinate staff training, orientation, and performance appraisals
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and hospital regulations
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of hospital administration and HR operations
Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Handling the complete accounting cycle, including opening, posting entries and closing of accounts and preparation of various reports.o Verified & Preparation of interstate purchase Bills with supporting documents & Issuing C-Form certificates.o Updates Invoices, Sales and Revenue Reportso Preparation of MIS Report and calculating Source Income and Expenses.o Handling update task to ledgers and carried out journal entrieso Rechecking of All Purchase Bills & Sales Bills Correctly posted or not.o Rechecking of All payments & Receipts.o Preparation of Final Accounts for financial reporting.
Generated Income Statements, General Ledgers, Checks and Reports.o Handling of Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Receivable.o Prepared chat of accounts. P&L reports, Balance Sheet and Excel Spread Sheets.o Handled of VAT, CST, Service Tax and Calculate the TDS, Online filing TDS, 'C' Firms.o Administrative Bank Account Online Functions.
