Job Description
As a HR ,
- Recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff in the department.
- Training, counseling and coaching the staff.
- Overseeing the daily workflow of the department.
- Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Providing offline and online trainings to the employees.
- Going on field visits from time to time.
- Making reports & drafting mails.
- Day shift
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
