Tradified is seeking for an excellent "Corporate Trainer" to join our team who is familiar with all the ins and outs of investment opportunities in the market, Also who can trained our existing and new clients cultivate the skills and knowledge of Finance market. The Trainer will provide training Technical and Fundamental of Capital Market and will share the expertise in ways that motivate others. The candidate should have an experienced to the capital market for more than 5 years and the abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of finance field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. Job Responsibilities -

• Liaise with the team members to determine training needs and the requirements.
• Design effective training programs.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, weekly- training sessions etc.
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements and skills -

• Proven experience as corporate Trainer.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.
• Proficient in MS Office (esp - Powerpoint) e-learning software is an asset.
• Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Expertise in Technical and Fundamental in Capital Market.
• A bachelor's degree in finance or experience in Capital Market.
