3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Develop and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Counsel employees and resolve grievances with a focus on fairness and transparency.
Support management in maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.
4. Performance Management & Capability Development
Drive KRA/KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
Identify skill gaps and design training programs to enhance competency.
Support leadership in succession planning and professional development.
5. Compensation & Benefits Administration
Review and structure compensation in line with market benchmarks.
Manage performance-linked reward systems and annual appraisals.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate HR dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
Use HR data to track trends and improve decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum
15 years
in HR management, preferably in
manufacturing or chemical industries
.
Strong experience in
strategic HR, employee relations, policy design, and compliance management
.
Exposure to
multi-location operations
will be an advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of
labour laws and statutory compliance

Proficiency in
HRMS / ERP platforms

MS Office tools

Expertise in
