Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the design and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Support recruitment and talent management processes including workforce planning and succession planning. Conduct audits and evaluations of HR practices to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Assist with learning & development initiatives, including training needs analysis and program coordination. Facilitate conflict resolution and coach managers on best practices. Support the implementation of HR technology and process automation tools. Represent the HR function in meetings, committees, or workshops as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to change management initiatives

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
