Key responsibilities

Policy and Program Development:

Create, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and programs to align with federal, state, and local labor laws and internal standards.

Legal Monitoring:

Stay current on all relevant legislation, including those related to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and wage and hour laws, and assess their impact on the organization.

Auditing and Risk Assessment:

Conduct regular audits of HR practices (e.g., hiring, onboarding, termination) to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Training and Guidance:

Educate HR staff, managers, and employees on compliance-related matters and new policies.

Investigations:

Lead and manage investigations into compliance violations, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions are taken.

Employee Relations Support:

Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues to ensure fair and legally compliant resolutions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
