1) Ensuring statutory compliance to all the applicable labor laws like ESIC, PF Act, Welfare Fund, Factories Act, Contract labor Act.
2) Close Liaison with government official of concerned departments like Labor Department, Director of Factories, ESIC Office, Pollution Control Board, Fire Office etc.
3) End to end responsibility of Monthly payroll processing, Annual Salary Revisions, Benefits Management
4)Developing, Monitoring and Maintaining of Database for immediate & future requirements
5) Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)
6) Monitor systems and methods, recommending and implementing necessary changes
7) Responding to queries via mail and inbound calls.
8) Generating bulk offer letters and salary slips and sending them on mail
9) Documentation , updating of details and onboarding of received data in master file.
10) Verification of bank details.
11) Sharing and maintaining database of Esic and PF to employees.
12) Updating Nominee details and family details of employees
13) Any other back office and data maintenance activities as required in future.
14) Payroll Data Sheet Maintenance where verifying the attendance and salary details including its ESIC , PT , PF Calculation etc.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
