KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning: 1) Authoring training content for different business verticals 2) Updating existing training content 3) Administer and manage Learning Portal 4) Tracking and analysis of employee completing allocated training courses and publishing regular reports 5) Ensure key training programme completion rates are more than 90% Performance Management: 1) Monthly upload of templated and non-templated goals 2) Scheduling and managing Mid-year and Annual appraisal process 3) Handling all Performance Management queries from employees 4) Co-ordinating with System Admin team for employee issues related to Performance Management 5) Keeping a record of all incentive policies Employee Engagement: 1) Execution of the Employee Engagement Calendar for the year 2) Engage and execute GPTW for FY 2023 3) Creating content and mailers with marketing team for prelaunch/launch/closure of Employee Engagement events 4) Manage Employee engagement budget Communication: 1) Quarterly preparation of Newsletter 2) Publishing New Joinee announcements Location; Mumbai Work From Office Role:Other Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry:Financial Services Department:Other Role Category:Other Employment Type:Full Time, Permanent
