Experience & Qualification 5 - 12 Years Post MBA , Bachelor or master\'s degree in a field related to HRM, Business administration Unit Across all our lines of business - NBFC, HFC, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, broking, digital, AMC and others Required Skills & Competencies . In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. . Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. . Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. . Willingness to travel occasionally, depending on the role\'s regional or corporate focus. . Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities KRA Key Result Areas (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) Strategic HR Planning Collaborate with senior management to understand the business objectives and develop HR strategies and plans that support the achievement of these goals. Analyse HR metrics and workforce trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process to attract and retain high-quality candidates. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and effective transition for new employees into the organization Employee Relations: . Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. . Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and implement strategies to maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management . Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and development plans. . Provide coaching and training to managers to improve their people management skills. Talent Development . Identify training and development needs within the organization and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver relevant programs. . Create career development plans for high-potential employees to foster growth and retention. Compensation & Benefits . Participate in compensation benchmarking and review processes to ensure the company offers competitive salary and benefits packages. . Assist in the design and implementation of reward and recognition programs. HR Policy and Compliance . Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company\'s HR policies and practices are compliant. . Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and recommend necessary updates. Employee Engagement and Culture . Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive company culture.Organize and participate in employee feedback sessions and company-wide events .
