Responsibilities:
As an HR Business partner, will look after the entire West & South zones spread across 10 locations covering 600+ employees.
- HR Strategy Planning & Change Management: Identify the HR Strategy and action points for the FY based on business requirements and the changing organizational priorities.
- Talent Development: Identify high potential employees and their development needs, create individual development plans, and develop a succession / career plan to ensure a robust leadership pipeline for the Function.
- Performance Management: Initiate and execute the Goal setting / performance evaluation process for the Function, to drive a performance driven culture.
- Employee Engagement: Identify employee / business needs, plan and deploy initiatives to engage employees and improve retention.
- Campus Hiring: Lead, design and implement the Campus hiring strategy for Management Colleges all over the country.
- Improvement Projects: Study and recommend improvements in HR processes / policy documents to ensure faster turnaround time of HR services.
- Incentive Calculation and Payout: Devise and Implement the performance incentive payout plan for the functions across locations.
- Rewards & Recognition: Drive Rewards & Recognition for the unit to foster a culture of recognition among the employees of the business unit.
- People Metrics: Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Manpower Planning: Working with unit business leaders on the design of a resourcing solution which includes forecasting of skill and identifying the hiring mix.
- Grievance Redressal: Resolve employee grievances regarding policy related queries, payroll issues, attendance etc.
