- Drive HR initiatives and projects
- Employee Relations - Multiple employee connects, Run employee satisfaction surveys, derive analysis that support business and organization in making strategic decisions, Support senior HR business partner on process and decisions relating to complex cases with financial or legal risks, redundancies, grievances, disciplinary actions
- Onboarding and Exit process - Work on improving candidate ONB experience and on exit - exit discussions, attrition analysis, etc
- Work with the Senior HRBP to deliver initiatives and MIS regarding matters
- You will be an HR focal point for your client\'s group
- Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, Compensation and Reward programs
- Develop, drive and manage the HR solutions in areas of retention, engagement, Talent development (skills), employee\'s relations
- Support people\'s growth by advising on and coordinating Talent developmental programmes, delivering workshops, as applicable
- Ensure accurate data quality for audits and reporting
- Support Compensation & Benefits initiatives
- Develop engagement plan for local site including learning & development opportunities
- Must hands on Microsoft Office (Excel & PPTs) and advanced Excel skills is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in HR management
- Masters in human resources management
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Capability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
