Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborating with line managers in evaluating existing/future talent requirements, defining critical roles, and core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents
- Ensures timely delivery of manpower needs based on business plans; builds an effective pipeline to ensure timely closure of critical needs
- Optimize end to end recruitment processes from exceptional at market research, candidate generation, interview process and offer extension
- Implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skillsets. Must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics
HR Business Partnering:
- Manage entire employee life cycle from on-boarding till the exit, focusing on Engagement, Talent development and retention
- Own the talent management practices for the teams to set up a high performance organization
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR processes and ensures adherence to HR related policies and processes. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Work with assigned functions and senior management teams to understand business, strategies and diagnose current organization performance and plan for the future to be successful
- Act as a coach and partner to managers and leaders for the functions you\'ll support
Employee Engagement:
- Carrying out various engagement surveys
- Communication of the survey outcome and action planning based on the survey
Rewards & Recognition:
- Carrying out R & R activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Job Specifications:
- Experience of 5 - 8 years in HRBP role
- Candidates from Tier 1 Management Institutes
- Experience of business partnering & talent acquisition for Corporate functions like IT, Finance etc. will be an added advantage
