Responsibility:
- Drive recruitment and on-boarding of all roles.
- Set & drive HR policies.
- Maintain a high level of employee engagement.
- Help tweak or establish the variable and compensation structure for various roles.
- Infrastructure and office administration.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Analytical and comfortable with excel.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
