Responsibilities:

- Strategic Enabler: Be the architect of their workplace culture. Craft an environment that empowers leaders, managers, and the entire HR team to sculpt the ultimate employee experience.

- Talent Catalyst: Partner with their Talent Acquisition team to scout and onboard exceptional talent that fits like a glove within their dynamic ecosystem.

- Succession Architect: Collaborate with leaders and department heads to design a succession blueprint that nurtures leaders of tomorrow.

- Performance Orchestrator: Advise and empower leaders in fostering continuous performance excellence. Play a pivotal role in steering performance improvement initiatives and managing employee grievances.

Education:
