To act as a strategic partner to business leaders in the Hyderabad region by aligning HR strategies with business goals across 12-15 eye care centers. The HRBP will be responsible for implementing core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and people development while ensuring operational HR excellence at each center.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with regional leadership and center managers to drive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Understand business challenges and design HR interventions accordingly.
Provide proactive HR insights and data-driven recommendations.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across assigned centers.
Ensure proper workforce planning and timely closures of open positions.
Oversee smooth onboarding and induction of new hires, ensuring cultural alignment.
3. Employee Engagement & Experience
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
Conduct regular employee connect programs, feedback sessions, and grievance handling.
Work on retention strategies to reduce attrition, especially of critical roles.
4. Performance Management
Implement and monitor the performance appraisal process.
Support line managers in goal setting, performance discussions, and developmental planning.
Identify high-potential employees and contribute to succession planning.
5. Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure adherence to all HR-related statutory and legal requirements across centers.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS inputs.
Handle audits, ESI/PF compliance, and support labor inspections when required.
6. Learning & Development
Identify training needs in collaboration with center heads.
Coordinate or deliver training sessions (soft skills, compliance, etc.).
Support organizational capability-building initiatives.
7. HR Metrics & Reporting
Track and report key HR metrics - attrition, headcount, recruitment turnaround, etc.
Present monthly HR dashboards and suggest actionable insights.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel extensively across Hyderabad centers
Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and HR systems
Empathetic, yet firm decision-making
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location healthcare environment
Work Schedule:
Full-time; 6-day working week (as per hospital policy)
Travel to all centers in the Hyderabad region as per roster/need
Compensation:
As per industry standards and candidate's experience
Additional travel allowances as applicable
