About The Role

: HRBP will closely work with the leadership team, functional heads and managers to align organizations HR strategy with Business strategy in order to realize the Business goals

As an employee experience champion HRBP will be responsible to achieve ENPS >70 in next 12-18 months by driving the talent acquisition and development initiatives and building strong organization culture.

As HRBP you will be responsible to drive and support organizational change initiatives by assisting employees adapt to org culture, processes and tools consistently.

Principal Accountabilities (How will you spend your time at Eclat):



?

Strategic Alignment and Stakeholder Collaboration

: Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations based on eNPS insights.

Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition

: Oversee workforce planning and streamline hiring and onboarding to fit the organizational culture and boost immediate employee engagement.

?

Compensation and Benefits Management

: Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to support employee satisfaction and positively influence eNPS. Design and implement a rewards and recognition framework to further support this.

Employee Engagement and Positive Workplace Culture

: Implement initiatives and communication strategies to foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement.

Training and Development Programs

: Guide training and development programs to improve employee skills and leadership capabilities across teams.

?

Data-Driven Insights and HR Analytics

: HR Analytics and HRMS Insights: Leverage HR analytics to identify workforce trends, measure eNPS outcomes, and strengthen data-driven HR strategies. Utilize Zoho People HRMS for efficient process management, real-time data tracking, and transparent reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management

: Ensure compliance with regulations to mitigate HR risks and foster an inclusive workplace aligned with legal standards.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Feedback Mechanisms

: Partner with departments and establish feedback mechanisms to synchronize improvement efforts and amplify employee voices impactfully.
