Global HR Business Partner
- Must have handled HRBP for Global teams - Europe, UK, Americas.
- Experience in running CoEs in HR, with experience as corporate HRBP.
- Experience in handling HRBP for Global teams.
- Experience in talent management, employee engagement, employee grievances and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage Performance management and talent development
- Knowledge of American, European, and Asian employment and labour laws
- Manage and coordinate local HR service delivery at key international locations to ensure risk and compliance and operational excellence
- Keep abreast of all international, region-specific regulatory aspects
- Ensure local regulatory compliance in North America, UK/EUR, and other key markets
- Drive performance management, handle recruitment, remunerations, and talent development matters
- Execute workforce planning exercises to understand talent demand/supply
