Are you driven by optimizing & automating HR processes and want to help develop the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the Human Resources function?

We are now looking for a new colleague for the position of \'Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team Lead\' in the HR Technology function in Ramboll Group. This is a unique opportunity for you who want to work in an environment that combines the latest technology and processes to define tomorrow\'s Human Resources function.

To optimize and streamline HR processes, we have been working for some time to establish RPA (Robotic Process Automation) as a capability. Now we need a structured, independent, and efficient person, who will further lead and drive the work with process automation in HR. You will be part of the HR Technology & People Analytics team, which consists of resources with broad responsibilities in various disciplines. Establishing a good and functioning interacting forum will be an important success factor.

As Process Automation Team Lead, you must scale the work with automation in different process areas of HR and ensure that all process automation is supported by a well-developed process and business case. You do this by establishing methodologies and standards (Way of Work) and facilitating the prioritization process for which processes we are to automate. The role involves being the Product Owner for HR Process Automation and having a SPOC function for other units in the organization (Process Excellence team, RPA Developers, IT & HR COEs).

As a Process Automation Team Lead, you will have the following responsibilities and tasks:

  • Be the Product Owner for Process Automation in HR and SPOC for RPA Stream and ensure that methodologies and standards (Way of Work) are established and further developed in line with guidelines and governance in Ramboll.
  • With an excellent understanding of HR processes & experience in HR Applications, it is essential for you to thoroughly evaluate and analyze the manual and repetitive processes that exist.
  • Prepare an overall roadmap for process automation in HR and scale the work with relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to identify automation opportunities and prepare the business cases.
  • Facilitate process prioritization stream for RPA development in HR. Screening of notified RPA processes and ensuring that the process is ready for detailed mapping - including proposing changes and improvements that support automation.
  • Analyze and communicate the effects of automation efforts.
Qualifications

We are looking for you if you have the following :
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR Management or Information Technology or related field (master\'s degree preferred).
  • Excellent HR Process knowledge & functional skills (Talent, Rewards, Organization capabilities, Learning, HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Listening, Succession Planning, Absence, etc.).
  • Proven experience as a team lead with at least 8 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR system management.
  • Proven experience in leading RPA development teams with a strong background in UiPath. Certification in UiPath is a plus. Knowledge of industry regulations and security standards related to RPA.
  • Strong project management skills as well as having experience as a Product Owner (PO) and acting as a link between environments.
  • Solid competence within methodology related to processes and improvement work. For example, Lean, Scrum, etc.
