Develop marketing materials, social media content, and campaigns to showcase the company culture and benefits.
Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking functions.
4. Recruitment Operations & Metrics
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, turnover rates) and prepare regular reports for management.
Continuously review and improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent sourcing techniques. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and MS Office applications. o Analytical mindset and ability to interpret recruitment data. o Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
