Guiding new employees through orientation and providing necessary information about benefits and policies.
Supporting employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Benefits Administration:
Helping to explain benefits programs, answer employee questions, and ensure compliance with benefit policies.
May assist with enrollment and maintenance of employee benefits.
Compliance and Legal:
Supporting the HR department in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Administrative Support:
Managing paperwork, maintaining HR systems, and preparing reports.
Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HR processes, employment law, and HR software.
Experience working in an HR role or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software.
