Job Role: HR Associate
Exp: 3-6 years
CTC Range: 5-8 LPA
Location: Mumbai Good to haves:

• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must haves:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a startup or real estate environment
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and retention
• Empathy, leadership qualities and ability to motivate and train troops

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire HR system, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Create and maintain job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring that all new hires have a smooth onboarding experience
• Handle employee requests and grievances, and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
• Manage employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive work environment and culture
• Manage performance evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, EEO laws, and employment and labour laws
• Provide regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9800,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:
