About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Assistant
to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, support employee relations, handle documentation, and ensure a smooth flow of administrative processes within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and documentation.
Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the
hospitality industry
(restaurant, resort, or hotel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
