Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing new hire paperwork, and orienting staff.

Employee Support:

Answering queries on benefits/policies, maintaining records, handling payroll data, and assisting with employee relations.

Policy & Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, enforcing workplace policies, and supporting HR audits.

Training & Development:

Coordinating training sessions and supporting development initiatives.

Performance Management:

Tracking appraisal timelines and following up with managers.

Employee Engagement:

Organizing events and fostering a positive work environment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree often preferred, but experience matters.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Soft Skills:

Confidentiality, organization, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
