Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: [Churchgate] Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various channels to attract qualified candidates, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Review and analyze resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
