Handle onshore onboarding and orientation process
Update employee information and maintain accurate records.
Conduct training for onsite employees.
Respond to employee queries regarding policies, payroll inputs, and benefits.
Support audits and ensure compliance with US HR requirements.
Assist in other HR tasks as required
Requirements
Any graduate degree -
Mandatory
5 to 7 years of experience in US/UK HR shared services and operations -
Mandatory
Strong English communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Willing to work in regular night shifts, 5 days a week
Only Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or near by locations will be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
