Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment

Plan, execute, and manage campus hiring drives and fresher recruitment programs. Build relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding).

HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Review and update policies in alignment with organizational needs.

Employee Engagement & Development

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives. Drive cultural and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction. Conduct employee feedback sessions and ensure timely grievance redressal.

Payroll & HR Operations

Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave management. Handle employee database, HRIS, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS). Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

end-to-end HR functions

. Experience in

campus recruitment drives

and bulk hiring. Hands-on experience with

payroll management

and HRMS tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities. Demonstrated

stability in past roles

(minimum 3 years in each company).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,048.82 - ₹45,000.00 per month
