About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Assistant Manager
to support our organization's human resources operations and ensure compliance with company policies, employee satisfaction, and efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate should be strong in HR operations, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll management, with the ability to handle critical employee issues professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
HR Policies & Compliance
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws).
Regularly update policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Performance Management & Appraisals
Support in designing and executing appraisal processes.
Monitor employee performance and assist managers with performance improvement plans.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Foster a positive workplace culture.
Payroll & HR Operations
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Employee Relations & Issue Resolution
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and critical issues.
Provide professional HR support to resolve conflicts and promote employee well-being.

(stability is a key requirement).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,051.70 - ₹70,000.00 per month
