Role and Responsibility -
- Respondible for Onboarding activities
- Reposible for Induction programs on weekly basis 100 candidates
- Responsible to handle end to end joining formalities
- Should understand and can able to perform other HR Ops activities
- Can handle emnployee grievances
- Education-Human Resources Management or relevant field - Preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should be target oriented.
