They will also be in charge of recruitment documentation, managing new employee induction, and supporting the learning and development function. Additionally, the role requires a good understanding of industry-related recruitment trends, diversity-based recruitment, and recruitment/competitor mapping. The candidate must have a strong ability to build relationships with HODs and stakeholders, and coordinate both online and offline interviews. Candidate Qualifications The candidate must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR as a mandatory qualification and should have 5-8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
