Job Description
Location: Plant Location: Haresamudram, AP (Bus facility available from Bellary to Bellary, Karnataka), Experience: 5 to 8 Years Role And Responsibilities The AM-Talent Acquisition will be responsible for sourcing candidates through online platforms such as Linkedin and Naukri, organizing and managing walk-in interviews, conducting campus hiring, and facilitating volume/mass hiring. They will also be in charge of recruitment documentation, managing new employee induction, and supporting the learning and development function. Additionally, the role requires a good understanding of industry-related recruitment trends, diversity-based recruitment, and recruitment/competitor mapping. The candidate must have a strong ability to build relationships with HODs and stakeholders, and coordinate both online and offline interviews. Candidate Qualifications The candidate must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR as a mandatory qualification and should have 5-8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
