Job Summary:



The HR Assistant supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with the recruitment process -- posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Prepare and maintain employee personnel files and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Process attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation. Help organize employee engagement activities and training programs. Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and implemented. Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues (leaves, benefits, salary slips, etc.). Assist with statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required. Coordinate exit formalities and maintain records of resigned employees.

Skills & Qualifications:



MBA in HR. 0-1 years of experience in HR or administration. Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, attendance, compliance, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
