to manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of approximately 300 employees across multiple units. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily HR operations across the organization and two associated colleges.
Assist with handling full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
Coordinate onboarding, induction programs, and completion of employee documentation.
Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, leave management, and employee files.
Assist with payroll processing, statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, etc.), and manpower budgeting.
Coordinate training and development programs with department heads.
Oversee offboarding, separation formalities and final settlements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field. (Masters in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field - Preferred)
Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll coordination preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work both independently and in teams.
