Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Coordinate training sessions and performance management processes.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in an HR role or administrative position is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of Experience in HR field required.
